MCSD Office Location
The Midway City Sanitary District services the City of Westminster and the unincorporated Midway City area. The District Office is located at 14451 Cedarwood Avenue, Westminster CA 92683. The cross streets are Cedarwood Avenue and Hazard Avenue, just one block West of Beach Boulevard.

District Holiday Schedule
The District will be closed on the following holidays. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on or before your service day the refuse collection will be one day late for the entire week. Service does not change on any other holidays.

Christmas Trees
The District will collect Christmas trees January 7th to the 18th. Simply put the tree out near your containers on your regular collection day. Place it at the curb separate from your refuse containers and it needs to be visible from the street. A separate truck will come around to collect it. Please be sure to remove all ornaments and tree stands!

Note:
