Frank A. Cobo is in his first term as a Director for
the Midway City Sanitary District. Director Cobo was elected in the
November 2, 2010 election and sworn into office on December 3, 2010 by
State Senator Lou Correa.
Frank has been an employee of the City of Westminster for over 24 years and is the owner of Cobo-Care a local carpet cleaning and floor care company. Frank and his wife Sue are the proud parents of a daughter (Sierra) and two sons (Joe and Robert).
Director Cobo is grateful in the support and trust the public has placed in him by electing him to the Midway City Sanitary District. Director Cobo will keep his election promise to protect the ratepayer with responsible rates while supporting the need to make sure the Districts infrastructure remains solid and functional. Director Cobo will be ever cognoscente of his campaign promise to control cost, improve services, promote new technology and avoid rate increase.
